Simple Deck

One rectangle or square (we call this a “Dekshape”) of any size from 1220mm x 1220mm to infinity.

Remember - Joists run in the direction of the depth of the deck, decking will run in the direction of the length of the deck.

Complex Deck - 1 Direction

Multiple rectangles or squares (Dekshapes) of any size from 4ft x 4ft to infinity with decking all running in the same direction. Measure your deck as individual Dekshapes per below.
